Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Larva Luster. By accessing our website or engaging our specialized cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service Agreement and Scope
1.1. Commitment to Quality: Larva Luster commits to providing professional and high-quality cleaning services as described in the service package purchased by the client. The client must clearly define the scope of work prior to service commencement. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing.
1.2. Eco-Friendly Approach: We prioritize the use of non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products. Where a specific non-eco-friendly product is required by the client, this must be explicitly requested and acknowledged, and the client accepts full responsibility for any resulting effects.
1.3. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for securing all valuables, fragile items, and ensuring pets are safely contained prior to the cleaning team's arrival. Larva Luster will not be held liable for damage to items improperly secured or explicitly instructed to clean despite being noted as fragile.
2. Payment, Fees, and Scheduling
- 2.1. Pricing and Payment: All service quotes are valid for thirty (30) days. Payment must be made in full immediately upon completion of the service, unless a prior written agreement establishing credit terms exists. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash.
- 2.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- 2.3. Access: If our team is unable to gain access to the premises at the scheduled time due to client fault, a lockout fee equivalent to the 50% cancellation charge will be applied.
3. Liability, Damage, and Insurance
3.1. Larva Luster carries comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. While we take utmost care, claims for damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion. Liability for damaged items is limited to the cost of repair or reasonable replacement value, provided negligence by our staff is proven.
3.2. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If clients are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, they must notify us within 12 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction related to pre-existing damage, or issues that fall outside the agreed scope.
4. Website Usage and Intellectual Property
All content on the Larva Luster website (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Larva Luster and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of this site without our prior written permission.
5. Agreement Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party with two weeks' written notice. Larva Luster reserves the right to terminate service immediately without notice if the client breaches these terms, including abusive behavior towards staff or non-payment of outstanding invoices.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
